"My husband and I had a great lunch today celebrating my birthday. Once our host, Angela, found out we were celebrating, she made it her mission that we had the best time. Our server, Madalynn, was amazing as well. She checked on us often making sure we got our drinks and food in a timely manner. She even found a coupon on my rewards account that I wasn’t aware of! The food tasted great as usual and they made it extra special with a signed birthday card and complimentary ice cream. We’ll definitely keep this as our favorite birthday restaurant!"

"We really enjoyed our meal at Red Lobster. Our waitress (Chrissy) did an amazing job! She was prompt, courteous, and went all out to make sure our dining experience was perfect. "The restaurant is extremely clean. The lobster tank at the front entrance looks well taken care of, and the lobsters all look healthy. My husband took me to Red Lobster on 140th & W Center (Omaha) for a lobster dinner date in celebration of National Lobster Day. Our server Jamie was energetic, knowledgeable, attentive, and a good listener. He had no issues having another crispy Brussels sprouts dish made when the first was a tad too crispy. He brought out our lobster meals at the same time, and made sure to give my husband a refill on his ice tea. We always enjoy coming to Red Lobster as a date treat for ourselves, and our experience was better than it’s been. Thank you for having 2 locations in Omaha, NE. Please continue to stay!"
